Globall is a marble game which combines ‘breakout’ with ‘marble madness’. You control a glowing ball that you move around the screen by tilting your phone. As you’d expect, the more you tilt the phone, the faster the ball moves. If the ball hits a ‘block’, you break it. To clear a level, you must navigate through all its passages and clear all the blocks .
Globall has everything you’d want in a game, good controls, fun concept, and lots of powerups. There is just one problem, which I’ll get to in a minute…
The game controls are suprisingly good–I’m usually very bad at controls (joystick or tilt), but I found it easy to control the ball and move it to where I wanted it to go.
‘Breakout’ and ‘marble madness’ are classics–so how could the game not be a winner?
Powerups are always lots of fun and boy does this game have them–lightning bolts, some nuclear doo-dad, industrucatble balls; the goodies never stop!
The only problem with Globall is that the game play is too easy! On my first game, I was able to get to level 24 and still have all 3 of my balls. Should you be able to get more than 50% through a game the first time you play it?
Because the game was so easy to play, after a while, I was wondering when the game was going to end.

Would I Buy Again: Nah, I’ll probably finish the game the 2nd time I play it
Learning Curve: Easy to learn, easy to master
Who Is It For: Casual gamers–nothing too action packed here
What I Like: Lots of power ups and levels
What I Don’t: Too easy and too much of the same thing
Final Statement: This is a great idea of a game, that just doesn’t deliver. If the game was more challenging it’d be a lot more fun to play.
