Brain teaser games have become something of a trademark for the iPhone. Maybe it’s the easy way in which you can dip in and out of them, or maybe it’s because we like to feel like we’re actually giving our brains a work-out when using our iPhones, rather than always mind-numbingly throwing poultry at collapsible structures a la Angry Birds.

Craziness is very much ‘yet another’ of these brain teaser games. In fairness to it, it’s not as cryptic and unfairly frustrating as the last one of these games I reviewed, Stupidness 3. Its questions are nicely varied, ranging from memory tests to pure logic.

Sometimes it’s not even just a matter of tapping at the right answer. The game forces you outside the box a bit by sometimes demanding that you shake the screen, turn it upside down, or slide the answers around using your finger to get the right one. It’s nice to see what’s basically a logic came utilise the iPhone format in this way.

There are several different test difficulties for you to go through on Craziness, ranging from ‘Simple’ to ‘Crazy’, and there is also a bonus speed test for those needing an extra something. Craziness is an enjoyable brain teaser that offers some interesting questions, but it’s so similar to other such games that there’s nothing to distinguish it from the crowd. Hell, it’s free for a limited time though.
