You might be familiar with the original Flow Free game, as it had a long-lasting reign in the Top Free Apps tab. A sequel to successful apps are always expected and Flow Free: Bridge is the result, in this case.
The game begins with a board of 25 squares, with three or four pairs of colored dots. You have to join the dots of same color and thereby, fill up the entire board (the screenshots below would talk louder than these words). You cannot have any mixing of colors, colorless tiles or broken lines and the level is yours. Your score is the number of steps and hence, the lower, the better. The above mentioned basics of the original game are retained in the Bridge version, except for one rule. Here at certain tiles, you have a bridge where two colors can cross each other.
Initially, this feature might seem to make the whole game alot easier but once you get going, yep, the going gets tough. You’ll spend minutes for the right combination and yet, wont crack the perfect code. The Free Play mode consists of Starter, Challenge and Bonus Packs, with increasing skill levels. The alternate Time Trial mode can be adjusted from 30 secs to 4 mins to test your reflex solving skills.
Achievements are awarded when you reach certain levels or take up perfects and limited hints are here to help. The animation is simple without much shine; the audio effects are also minimal with some water flowing and bubbling sounds. 300 levels of unconventional Flow Free make up the new game and for 99 cents it is surely worth a look.
