Chrome for iPhone and iPad now available

The release of a browser by Google for the iOS devices has been imminent. In the Google I/O Conference last week, the company had finally announced the release of a version of Google Chrome for both iPhone and iPad devices. It is packed with features that will definitely make people to use it just as much as how people have been relying on their computer browser services.

One of the handiest features that is available on the new Chrome app is the sync. It allows you to sync your Chrome experience to multiple devices through the use of cloud. In addition to that, it also has some of the features that are available at its desktop counterpart. This includes the capability to search and navigate at the same box, unlimited tabs and a few others. With this being said and done, it might make as an excellent replacement for the native Safari app.

The bad thing about iOS however, is that you can’t possibly change the default application for any of the phone’s main task. This means that the user will have no browser integration with the phone’s other essential applications such as Mail. Nevertheless, to see that Google finally brings out Chrome for iOS devices makes it a game changer for many.
