With the Voices app, anyone can make custom voice recordings and then change them into hysterical or funky results. The Voices app is a very clean and streamlined app that has a super-simple display upon which the images that indicate the sound effects are depicted. To make a recording the app user just opens the app and selects the record icon of their choice, they then speak into the phone saying whatever they want – there is no time limit. Once finished the app automatically saves the recording, but it can also be posted at Twitter and Facebook or emailed as a standard MP3 file too.
