My first thoughts were that Agent Dash was yet another app banking on the success mechanics behind Temple Run. However, after reviewing Agent Dash, it is not as smooth as what I thought it would be and thus does kind of disappoint overall.
Agent Dash is a free running game that involves players swiping around their screens to control the movements of a constantly running character, dodging obstacles like walls. The interesting part lies in the power-ups that can be collected. These allow your characters, secret agents, to further advance in the game.
The game does not really impress though, for although there are varied level settings and different characters, the gameplay is still roughly the same. Tracks are all very familiar and the does not offer much of a challenge. There is no pulling factor to keep players hooked after the first three games.
Graphics are boxy, in a sense that they resemble crudely drawn 3D blocks that are not really my cup of tea.
A free app, Agent Dash is worth downloading. However, the novelty dies off rather quickly and this game bores more than it impresses.
