Do you travel very often? Are you planning a very detailed trip with many layovers and flights? The TripIt Travel Organize app is a wonderful tool to use for easy travel arrangements and organization. It allows the traveler to forward their details to the companion website and a point by point itinerary is then automatically created.
Those using this app will be able take any form of email confirmation, such as those received from hotels, airlines and automobile rental services and forward them to the companion website which then formats a flawless itinerary accessible via an iPod Touch or iPhone device.

Once the site creates an itinerary the user can share it with colleagues, friends or family via several major social networking sites too. Not only can the individual then use TripIt Travel Organize to see their daily plans, they can get detailed airport information that includes Google maps when available, and they can check on the status of their flights as well.

There are a few itinerary and travel apps, such as the TripCase and AAA options, but the TripIt Travel Organize instantly adds contact information from every email making it easy to call the hotel, rental desk or airline if any problems arise.

There is no cost for TripIt Travel Organize, but anyone using it will have to also create their free account at the companion website too. A Pro version is available which allows frequent flyers to monitor their miles and to receive alerts via Push notification.
