ABC News proves to be hugely popular on Apple TV

Since ABC News first appeared on the Apple TV, users have flocked to the service. According to the ABC Network, Apple TV viewers are watching almost 50 percent more live ABC News programming than viewers on tablets and desktops.
Furthermore, it is interesting to note that live programming actually accounted for almost 20 percent of the channel’s total views, making the live stream the channel’s most-watched video content.
Another interesting info is that users tend to be tuning into ABC News on their Apple TV at 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, this falls in the hours known as “Prime Time”.
It will be interesting to see if more and more users will be using the ABC News channel to get their daily news fix.
