App Update – iNewz News Reader

We wrote about iNewz previously and really liked the concept.
Instead of subscribing to one or two RSS feeds, iNews provides you with the news from several different sources all at the same time. In doing so it helps ensure that you get more than one single perspective. Moreover, it organizes and delivers the information is a nice, convenient way.
At the time, however, iNewz suffered from two fatal flaws- it did not permit offline access to articles and there was no way to email something of interest to others.
Did this update fix those issues?
We are half way there. While the update introduces the ability to share articles by email it does not bring offline access… yet.
Oher improvements include-
? a better interface to sharing feature
? Landscape mode for article lists and integrated browser views
? Longer headline display
? And new US Sources: Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Chicago Tribune, CNN, FoxNews and NPR
If you get your news electronically these days this app is definitely worth a look.
