Apple introduces Power Nap, updates your Mac while it's sleeping

During the Keynote Apple introduced us to many neat new features of OS X Mountain Lion, perhaps one of the most interesting among these was the Power Nap feature.
It lets your Mac update email, notifications and even photos in the background, as well as back itself up automatically while charging.
According to sources this new feature will only run on the new MacBook Pros as well as on the second-generation Air.
