One of the highly awaited conferences that Apple does on an annual basis is the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference or WWDC. For the year 2012, the conference will be held on June 11th at San Francisco Moscone West. From June 11th to 15th, you can expect a lot of coverage done by a handful of news website about WWDC.

Some of the highlights of the event include the development of not only the iOS but also Mountain Lion OS X. Activities that will included in WWDC are hands-on lab done by 1,000 Apple engineers. There is also the possibility to connect with the developers for iPhone and Mac OS X. Apple is also giving out the Apple Design Awards to developers that create excellent iPhone, iPad and Mac applications.

As usual, Apple sold tickets to the conference but it took only 2 hours before the tickets for the conference was sold out. This shows the response from the audiences and by the looks of it, those that couldn’t get their hands on those will have to resort on looking at post-event videos instead. The videos will be posted online on Apple Developer website for free. The link is developer.apple.com/videos.
