EA Games puts a lot of its games for iPad and iPhone at a discount up to 90%

As if $6.2 billion in online sales globally for this week is not enough, EA Games wish to contribute more to that figure by putting a lot of its applications (games actually) on Apple App Store on sale. The discount on these games may be up to 90% in some cases which is a lot of reduction in price as well.

Some of the notable games that EA Games has produced include Battlefield: Bad Company which is available at a heavily discounted price of $0.99, SimCity Deluxe, Command and Conquer: Red Alert, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and many more. What is expected from this is a huge surge of sales both from the EA Games part as well as from Apple. Last year alone, EA Games managed to secure four-fifth of the paid games spot in the Apple App Store and this year, we bet that they will not accept anything less. This sale is available for only eight days and with the price of these awesome games at only $0.99, do you really have to think twice to buy it?
