iPhone 5 delayed, may be 2012
iPhone 5 not coming this year?
iPhoners.org previously posted that iOS 5 will be unveiled on Apple WWDC 2011, and may introducing iPhone 5 as well. But the rumors said no, Apple iPhone 5 may delayed until 2012. Jim Dalrymple from loopinsight.com says that “No iPhone, iPad or Mac hardware coming at WWDC”.
Apple’s apparent focus on software in its WWDC announcement backs up what my own sources are saying about the annual conference. That is, expect a software show in 2011, not a hardware event.
Their rumors usually accurate, according to previous proofed-rumors.
However, Apple usually follows their own patterns such as new iPods every September, new iPhones in June, now new iPads in March, and major Mac upgrades around October. But, this year is already different. Based on Apple’s WWDC press release, it says Apple will preview the next version of iOS, nothing about
the next generation iPhone 5
.
So, this rumors most-likely become true. Let’s look back for a while, Apple introduced a new iPhone 4 CDMA in January this year, launched last month (February). Apple also expected to release a white version of iPhone 4 about next month. These two iPhone 4 upgrades seem to allow Apple to push back the launch of their next-generation handset.
You see? How come they release updated the next iPhone 4[s] or iPhone 5 in June?
If iPhone 5 not coming this year, when will Apple release the iPhone 5?
Macotakara.jp –a well-known source- claims that the iPhone 5 is yet to hit the full production stage and says that the iPhone 5 will go into mass production late in Apple Q4 for an early Apple Q1 2012 launch.
So, the iPhone 5 may be launched in Q1 2012, a year after verizon iPhone released.
According to Chinese sources, had been rumored to be announced for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 iPhone 5, it does not begin to manufacture the parts, the launch seems to be lost in fiscal 2012.
Let’s see the fact in
Apple WWDC 2011 regarding iPhone 5 release
whether iPhone 5 will be delayed until 2012 or not.
