Siri with accent through AnyVoice

Siri is very interesting and it comes with two different voices which is a man and a woman’s voice. However, for some people, they might want to have Siri to have an accent on which is common to their country. This is because sometimes, the English on which is native to Siri might not be too comprehensible to those that are already used to an accented English. That is why AnyVoice is created to solve this problem.

AnyVoice is a jailbreak application which gives Siri an accent. In fact, in its database contains more than 30 different accents on which the users can choose as they want although the language will still be limited to those present in Siri. However, its reliability can be considered to be quite doubtful as there are cases on which the application will fail to change to the accented language although when it does, it works quite nicely.

Some of the accents that are available on AnyVoice include Arabic, Czech, Greek, Danish and a lot more. In some cases, the accents may be quite weird although in some it will work well. Nevertheless, if you are not comfortable in Siri’s current way of talking, you can definitely give AnyVoice a go.
