In simple words, I would say that TinyUmbrella is a software that will help iPhone users to save their SHSH Blobs in order to allow iPhone users save ECID (SHSH blobs) which will be used to downgrade (or restore the current version) of iPhone firmware (iOS). While Apple denies your request to restore the current firmware (or downgrade), TinyUmbrella makes it possible (just like Cydia). It’s available for Windows and OSX (Mac).
