User Rating:They say we live in an age of smart devices, from smartphones to tablet computers that can do just about anything for us. At this age and time, everything we do can be stored virtually as data for easy access. However despite such convenience, things get complicated when volume increases. As we start to accumulate scores of documents over time, it gets increasingly difficult to manage files.
This is where HotDoc comes in.
While the iPad does provide a good management system by default, where apps are neatly sorted out and respective productivity documents such as emails are neatly arranged by said apps, it can get a little trouble to access certain files due to having to pull up and navigate through various menus and toggle between different apps.
An extremely user-friendly file manager, HotDoc allows you to access and edit documents of various file types ranging from PDFs to TXT files and many more. Users can integrate various accounts such as their email and iCloud storage accounts to the app so as to access files from all these platforms all through one system. This saves the need to have to toggle between multiple apps. I found this a very convenient feature to have which saved plenty of time and boosted productivity.
The main feature of HotDoc involves the ability to sync with its server, WebDAV, where users can upload and browse through their files there. WebDAV allows users to manage their documents, which are neatly arranged by category and type.
Priced at $2.99, I recommend the download of HotDoc for the convenience it offers.
