If you are an animator, filmmaker, photographer, or director, the Hitchcock app should be part of your every day tool kit. It allows the user to take or import photos through their mobile device and then insert them into a storyboard application. From there the user can add all kinds of markup features including dolly movements, additional figures, and much more.

The Hitchcock app allows the user to create a full working set of custom storyboards to be used for their actual shooting or animation sequences. They can add and arrange images, re-arrange the order of their boards, add a time frame to the collection of boards, and even input audio notations to specific images as well.

They can then do a real time play back of their storyboards with any new figures, camera angles, and notations displayed along with the various images – allowing them to have a sketched out version of their cartoon, comic book, or film sequence. All boards can even be exported as PDF files through an email to colleagues or partners.
