The iHandy Carpenter app is not only for carpenters, but it can make it incredibly easy to do many different tasks. There is a plumb bob that will accurately validate if lines are true; the level can indicate flat surfaces or those that are not and the protractor measures angles up to 180 degrees.

The ruler delivers measurements in inches or centimeters and works by sweeping the device across the surface; and the final function incorporates the use of the plumb bob and the level to read angles and indicate them on the screen.
