Remember playing the word guessing game known as Hangman? Now the same challenges of the classic game are available for mobile device users too. The Hangman Free app allows the player to test their own word skills, or even play against a friend. Those using the Hangman Free app will be able to select single or two person gaming, and then will have to decide from a range of categories too.

These categories include Easy, Standard, Hard, Animals, Food, Geography, Holidays, SAT, and TOEFL. The latter two categories are intended to help those about to be tested in English language skills with their spelling and vocabulary in addition to providing some good old-fashioned fun.

The two-person games ask each player to choose a word for the other, and it is simply then a race against time to see who gets to the solution first. The game can store top scores; whether they occurred when competing against a human or the device.
