If you wanted to refresh your Twitter stream, or play a video without touching the device or the computer, the Keymote app will help you to create single keys with which to do this. The app can match with all currently available Apple hardware and then serve as a remote for any application available through the local WiFi network. The app also allows the user to organize their keystrokes, and identifies the ones most frequently used.

This then opens the Shortcut Editor which guides the user through the development of a keyset for the application. The onboard link to the app store also makes hundreds of pre-existing keysets available for free as well. The user can also organize all of their favorites in a number of ways and even place them under an easy access Favorites tab to make the process even more streamlined.
