Listings can include everything from contact details to photographs, and many of the property managers can be contacted directly through the app.

The MyNewPlace app lets the user input data such as city, state or Zip code to find rental properties, or they can simply rely on their device’s GPS to deliver a regional search too. Advanced filter functions let the user input such things as number of bed and bathrooms, the amount of the monthly rent, whether the property must be pet friendly, and even identify the amenities they require on the premises.
