If you frequently travel across the waters of the western seaboard of the United States you will be able to find an unlimited number of uses for the Marine – US West app. This is the ultimate tool for tracking journeys and recording trip maps, and then sharing them with many people in many different ways.

It allows the user to seek out the precise data they require for their journey or activity, including views from Google Earth and materials from the world’s largest database of marine and nautical points of interest. The app provides boating charts for the areas covering Alaska and Hawaii, and from Juan de Fuca, Washington to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.

Of course this program is not limited to navigational maps or support, but is also a great tool for checking on tides, tagging locations, charting routes, adding comments to saved trips, and emailing or posting them to friends and social  networking sites.
