If you answered no to that question, then you haven’t seen the World Footy Flick app. This is a remarkably simple game that lets the player choose their own team and that of their opponent, they must then line up their shot and use their finger to flick the soccer ball.

Sounds simple, but it is a bit more complex than most players initially imagine. The opposing team can line up its players and goalie in any way it they like and their strategy might easily defeat yours! The game screen shows your current score and your best score against that particular team. The graphics are fully 3D and the ball uses actual physics to determine its course. The crowd even participates in the game – without the annoying Vuvuzelas of course! Currently there are 32 possible teams that range from England to Norway and beyond.
