User Rating:When you want to use your imagination by unleashing your artistic side, the Brushes application for your mobile phone will help you do that. Believe it or not, Brushes was the program that was used to create the June 1, 2009 issue of the New Yorker. This shows you how strong this application really is.
With the ability to select virtually any color and brush style, you get a very realistic effect when creating images through this application. You also have such tools as an eyedropper that allows you to choose previously used colors quickly, the pinching gesture that allows you to zoom in and out, and you can undo and redo as far as you need to in case you change your mind about a move that you made.
There are other apps such as Type Drawing that allow you to be creative, but Brushes is quite unique. It has a built-in web server that enables you to download your paintings from your phone. You can also record each of your strokes through stroke recording. This allows you to replay your paintings, which can be very exciting to see in action.
As for the cost, you can download brushes to your phone for just $4.99. When you feel the urge to be creative, you will have the tools at your disposal to create your next digital masterpiece. And even if you don’t create a masterpiece, the important thing is that you have a lot of fun.
