A seemingly sadistic game, Kick the Buddy promises to provide a form of stress relief to users through the gory abusing of a ragdoll.
In Kick the Buddy, users get to vent their anger issues on a ragdoll by blasting it with an assortment of weapons. These can range from guns and torture equipment to a nuclear bomb. The excellent in-game physics system will render the explosions and whatnot beautifully, and the doll will be moved around appropriately.
A nice touch to Kick the Buddy would be the ability to attach a face to your ragdoll, through the use of the camera on your device. This quirky feature allows you to take out your troubles on your boss or whichever friend angered you, without having to confront them in real life.
Moreover, Kick the Buddy allows players to customize their ragdolls through a wardrobe, where clothes and decorations can be purchased with in-app currency.
There is not really a plotline or point of playing Kick the Buddy. It just serves as a stress reliever for users to vent their frustrations on. For $0.99, this one is definitely worth the buy, It will possibly save you from smashing another plate or punching another wall some time soon.
