If you’re a trader in the forex market, then you could certainly do a lot worse than get MetaTrader 5. Besides being free, the interface is very flexible and easy to use.
The app handles multiple accounts with ease with the new “Navigator” that lets you switch between accounts quickly. You can use different accounts for different trading strategies and switch between them on the go. A user can choose to either display multiple graphs or concentrate on a single large panel for trading.
The app also uses different types of Indicators to provide analysis on the stocks that you are trading, categorized into four types called “Trend”, “Oscillators”, “Volumes”, and “Bill Williams” and a total of seven indicators altogether. I would go into detail about them, but I am not a trader by nature and cannot emphasize enough that this application is for those who are either experienced stock traders or willing to learn. It is also possible to add custom indicators to the app.
You can also enable to app to conduct auto-trading on your behalf (such as if a stock reaches a certain price). There is also a built-in advisor for those who feel they need a second opinion.
The only downside I found in my use of the application was some difficulty in registering for a demo account. However, once I registered within the app, everything went smoothly. If you like to trade stocks on the go whether in the office or the coffee shop, look no further.
