User Rating:Flick games for iPod started its growth with the classic Field Goal. An addictive game, hindered by the lack of updates and the simplicity: just shooting the football to score a field goal. Addictive anyway… I could not stop beating my previous top score.
NFL Flick Quarterback takes the idea and gets it to a new level. This time you are not shooting field goals, but acting as quarterback: you have to pass the ball to an open team-mate. You are presented by a setting (with rivals and teammates) and have to make a perfect pass to your mate, while avoiding a tackle or interception. Classy!
You get bonus points for playing the pass in front of your team-mate, making a quick pass or adding the perfect amount of spin. There are also special modes to train your passing and rack up the points, like smashing barrels.
This is an addictive game by its simplicity, and will keep you entertained for quite a few hours. Even if it gets boring after a while, the developers are the type to add new challenges occasionally, so you can be sure you’ll be playing NFL Flick Quarterback by next year.
In short: An addicting but mildly repetitive passing ability game. But it’s quite fun.
Quick Take
Value:High
Would I Buy Again:Probably
Learning Curve:Low

The incredible flick and 'after-touch' controls that have made users across the world love Flick Golf and Flick Soccer are now powering this awesome football-throwing experience.
