It took me awhile to understand the point of downloading tweetwallsaver. On first appearance, tweetwallsaver gave the impression of just being another photo album app, where your pictures are flashed with fancy transition effects.
However, tweetwallsaver adds a nice little twist to your typical photo album app, which sets it apart from the default photo app on iDevices. With tweetwallsaver, your screensaver not only shows you a collection of images from your device but also updates you with the latest happenings through your twitter account.
I liked the unique transition effects from tweetwallsaver, which are really smooth and great to look at. There were a few particular ones I really liked, and wished they could be more common and be used on other platforms as well.
Not only can tweetwallsaver show you photos from your own photo album, but also images stored in its default cache which are very beautiful pieces of artwork. Not only that, tweetwallsaver also allows users to view video clips on their devices. Very handy indeed.
For $1.99, many will question the purpose of having such an app. While mounting an iPad to a stand and keeping this app opened makes for a very beautiful decorative piece, the price tag is a tad too unjustified. A great app nonetheless, only get this if you have the cash to spare.
